Sub-processors List

Notix DOO Beograd engages carefully selected third parties (sub-processors) for the provision of the Arhivix service. This page contains the up-to-date list of all sub-processors that process customer personal data on behalf of Notix, in accordance with Annex A: Data Processing Agreement.

AI sub-processors
For certain functionalities (optical character recognition, automatic document classification, search), Notix may use third-party AI models. At the time of the last update of this page, no AI sub-processor is active. In case of activation, this page will be updated in accordance with the notification policy below, and the following principles will apply:
- The AI sub-processor must have a contractual obligation not to use the Controller's data for training its models
- Preference will be given to providers with a Zero Data Retention policy
- The location of processing will be in the EU or at providers with adequate transfer mechanisms (Standard Contractual Clauses)
Change notification policy
Notix undertakes to notify all active customers of any intended change to the list of sub-processors (addition of a new one or replacement of an existing one) at least 30 days in advance, via:
- The email address registered in the user account
- An update to this page
Right to object
If you do not agree with the engagement of a new sub-processor, you have the right to lodge a reasoned written objection within 30 days of the notification. The objection is sent to legal@notixit.com.
Notix will consider the objection and, if justified, abandon the planned change or propose an alternative solution. In the event that no solution can be found, you have the right to terminate the Terms of Service without penalty, with the right to a pro-rata refund of the unused portion of the subscription.
